- Supervision & technical leadership of 4 developers (2 permanent, 2 contractors)

- Design & implement source control & development standards
- Model datawarehouse of 13 datamarts (Oracle SQL Data Modeler)
- Hands-on development with SQL Server 2008, 15 SSIS pkgs, 13 SSAS cubes
- Hands-on development on SAP BOE 3.1 (Publications, 200+ Crystal Reports, Voyager)
- Design and build metadata driven multi-tenant datawarehouse (ETL and datamarts)
- Design & develop datawarehouse maintenance web UI (Classic ASP)
